DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All items ship within 1-2 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs. If you pre-order an item, the item will ship following production. Production times may vary.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All items ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that transit times may vary and you are responsible for shipping costs, import duties, and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive a notification containing information about your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is received and is not approved, we will reach out to you and explain why we are unable to accept your return.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

To complete your return, please email hello@underbares.com your order number and reason for return. At your expense, mail your item via USPS with its original packing slip to:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to email us at hello@underbares.com with your order number and reason for return. Mail your order to the address below:

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your original undergarment for the same item, send us an email at hello@underbares.com and mail your item to:

If you are happy with your item but would like to exchange it for another size or color, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. You are then welcome to return your original order (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the tags attached) for a full refund. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
