shipping + returns


All items ship within 1-2 business days.

Please note that if you pre-order an item, the item will ship within 1-2 business days following production. Production times may vary.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping (yet!).


We create undergarments that bridge the gap between comfy and sexy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email your order number and mail your item with its packing slip to: PO Box 21245, Washington, DC, 20009, United States.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive a notification containing information about your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is received and is not approved, we will reach out to you and explain why we are unable to accept your return.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and mail your item to: PO Box 21245, Washington, DC, 20009, United States.

If you are happy with your item but would like to exchange it for another size or color, please first return your item. We will then refund you for your order, and we ask that you please place a new order for your preferred size or color.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
