Shipping, Returns, Exchanges

Domestic Shipping
Typically all items ship within 1-2 business days. You are responsible for shipping costs. If you pre-order an item, the item will ship following production. Production times may vary.

Please note that we are not responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. The shipments become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. While we wish we could personally coordinate and deliver each order, this is not possible so we rely on third party shipping companies, like USPS, to safely ship and deliver your order. We cannot be held accountable for the mistakes or errors of this third party. We will always provide shipping updates as we learn them from USPS, however, if an order is marked delivered and does not appear to be delivered or if USPS provides information that is unclear, we ask that you please contact USPS directly. They will be able to provide more information as they are the shipping company responsible for delivering your order.

International Shipping to Canada and Australia
Typically all items ship within 1-2 business days. If you pre-order an item, the item will ship following production. Production times may vary. Please note that transit times may vary and you are responsible for shipping costs, import duties, and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.


Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items purchased during a sample sale, seconds sale, warehouse sale, sitewide sale, or otherwise marked as final sale in an email from Underbares or on a product page are final sale and therefore are not eligible for a return and refund. Note that due to the intimate nature of underwear, all sales of "the everyday brief" and "the organic cotton boxer brief" are final.

To start your return process, please send us an email at hello@underbares.com with your order number and let us know why you would like to move forward with a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds for items that do not meet acceptable hygiene and health standards, for example, if we receive a return that has deodorant marks on it or scents attached to it (such as perfume or laundry detergent), these items will not be eligible for a return and refund.

Please ensure that all postage is paid for your return or exchange. If postage is due upon your order arriving at our fulfillment center, we will not be able to accept your return, and it will be sent back to you. Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and you will receive a notification containing information about your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is received and is not approved, we will reach out to you and explain why we are unable to accept your return.

Once received at our fulfillment center, we ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for us to receive and process your return request.

International Returns
International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Make sure to email us at hello@underbares.com with your order number and reason for return. Mail your order with its original packing slip to to:

Exchanges
If you need to exchange your original order item for a different size or color, please send us an email at hello@underbares.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange your order for, and mail your item to:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your original order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your order, we will process your exchange with complimentary shipping.
